[Pb] Yuguang Inks Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Fengfan

SHANGHAI, July 28 (SMM) -- Henan Yuguang Gold & Lead Co. Ltd inked strategic cooperation agreement with Fengfan Co. Ltd on July 25th.

    Henan Yuguang Gold & Lead Co. Ltd has an annual capacity of more than 300kt of refined lead, and is the largest manufacturer of lead ingots. Its leading products refined lead and silver with "Yuguang" brand have been registered in the London Metal Exchange (LME) and the London Precious Metals Association (LBMA).

    Fengfan Co. Ltd is one of the largest manufacturers of lead-acid battery for start-up in China, and is one of 156 key construction projects during "First-Five Plan" period. Fengfan batteries have gotten recognitions from "Audi A6", "Passat B5", "Santana", "Jetta", "Fengshen Bluebird," "Beverly" and other cars, "Cherokee" and other jeeps, “IVECO” and other beach wagons, "STEYR" and other heavy-duty trucks, and are ideal for various types of vehicles both at home and abroad.

    Yuguang and Fengfan have cooperated with each other for more than 20 years and have established a long-term strategic cooperation. After signed the cooperation agreement, the two sides will enhance information exchange and communication, achieve the sharing of information resources, seize the lead market trend, and expand the influence of both sides in lead industrial chain. The two sides will also strengthen cooperation in mining, recycling and other areas, and strengthen the exchange of personnel to promote common development of enterprises.
